Who makes this
This calculator is made by plusbeauxjours, a small studio that builds free, single-purpose tools that answer one question clearly, with sources. See all of them at plusbeauxjours.com.
It exists because the Fed's Sept 16, 2026 rate hike made headlines, and most pages only show the extra interest per month. That number is small. What moves a card balance far more is the APR you already pay and how much you pay each month, so the calculator shows those too, the same way your statement's Minimum Payment Warning does.
Privacy
- What you type is calculated in your browser and never sent anywhere. It is never put in the page address.
- Your entries are kept only in this browser's storage so they are there next time. The “Clear my entries” button removes them.
- We use anonymous page analytics (Google Analytics) to count visits and which buttons are used. It never receives your numbers. Full details: privacy policy and terms.
